Bring your lunch and join us at Children's Hospitals and Clinics Foundation on Tuesday, November 9 for a virtual seminar called "How to Estimate Private Company Value--and Rate a Prospect with the Information" featuring seasoned research professional David Lamb of Target Analytics, a Blackbaud Company.

Description: Most of the wealth in the U.S. is created by private companies, yet private company officers and owners are among the most difficult prospects to research. This session reviews basic issues related to estimating the value of a private company, the tools available for private company valuation and how to turn the results of your estimation into an ask amount.

Schedule: The virtual seminar will run from 12 p.m.-1:00 p.m., and will be followed by group discussions from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.

Location:
Children's Hospitals and Clinics Foundation is located at 2910 Centre Pointe Drive in Roseville, MN. The virtual seminar will be held in the Birch and Cedar conference rooms. (Visitors will have to sign in.)

Cost: This virtual seminar is free for APRA-MN members, and $25 for non-members. (Payment of the non-member cost entitles you to a one-year membership in APRA-MN.)
